A new way to mix oil and water

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J MIT researchers discovered a new way to get oil and water to mix, and stay mixed, by harnessing the condensation of water onto an oil-surfactant mixture. The process creates a nanoscale emulsion that remains stable for months.
